The state-of-the-art equipment at injectorite.com allows us to precisely control every step of the injector and nozzle testing, diagnosis and maintenance process. All of our efforts are focused on restoring your injectors to full efficiency.

After receiving the injectors, they undergo external cleaning and visual inspection of the housing. They are then mounted on a stand. There, a series of automated tests are carried out to determine the quantity and quality of injection. If there is a problem with any of the parameters - or leaks are detected - the injectors undergo a series of internal cleaning procedures that could bring them back to normal working order. Then the necessary consumables are replaced - o-rings or Teflon seals, micro filters, plastic elements.

Stand for petrol injectors.

Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to carry out a complete diagnostic using a test bench that simulates the engine's operation in real conditions and different modes.
When testing your injectors, we use 100-octane gasoline to ensure accuracy and safety.

We at injectorite.com are the only service center in Bulgaria that has a stand for measuring the so-called „side-feed“ injectors - injectors with side “filling”, often used in models of Subaru, Ford and other brands.

We have a state-of-the-art bench with the ability to measure GDI injectors or the so-called “direct injection” system.

Last but not least, we also have a stationary BOSH pump operating up to 600 bar and a microprocessor diesel nozzle test bench that simulates the actual engine operation via a signal from the car's computer. This allows us to measure nozzle performance in different modes and loads. The tests cover over 99% of modern diesel nozzles - both solenoid controlled and with piezo elements.

Services.

At injectorite, we stock a wide selection of repair kits for petrol and diesel injectors - including various types and sizes of fuel resistant O-rings, gaskets, grommets, spacers, guide plugs, filter inserts, microfilters and washers. 
Upon receipt of a set of bench injectors, we perform a visual inspection and professional cleaning to help us determine if worn or damaged peripheral components need to be replaced (microfilters are always replaced, no exceptions). If desired, we can provide a self-replacement kit suitable for the specific vehicle model (e.g. Audi, BMW, Toyota, etc.). 

We have several powerful ultrasonic baths that easily remove dirt and buildup on the housings of your fuel system components, as well as a vibratory tumbler that brings back the aesthetic appearance of all mechanical components.
